- Shower Steamers – I am obsessed with these. I tried them a few months ago, and now I can’t take a shower without one. There are so many different scents but my favorite is the lavender and eculuptyus.
- Meditation App Subscription – Meditation is something that I have recently gotten into and it has changed my mindset. It’s a nice way to end a workout or even the day. I have tried so many different ones but I keep going back to Balance. There is a plan for everything, and sounds to relax. I listen to the rain at night.
- Workout Bag – You can never have too many bags. One of my favorite bags is from Zyia. There are so many pockets and zippers. Plus it fits everything you need for the gym. It’s the perfect size to fit into any locker or space.
- Foam Roller – Foam Rollers are amazing way to end a workout or do on a rest day. There are also so many different kind of foam rollers. I recommend starting with the black foam roller because it will hit all the spots and you can control the amount of pressure. Then I would expand into the other foam rollers.
- Classpass Gift Certificate – This is a great gift for the person who likes to try out different workouts because you can go to different studios. Classpass is great option for someone wanting to try a different workout without committing a membership.
- Massage Gun – These are great for anyone who is always on the run but still wants to workout tight muscles. Some have only the one attachment and others have different attachments for different muscle groups.
- Protein Funnel – When I was working out more consistently, I loved these because it made pouring my protein powder or pre workout into water. I didn’t make a mess everywhere. Plus it had a clip that I can put on my backpack so I rarely lost it.
- Water Bottle/Shaker Bottle – You can never have too many cups. One of my favorite things to do with cups is buy other things similar and put them in the cup. If you got a shaker bottle, you can put chapstick, protein bar, mints, etc. Here’s my opinion on some popular water bottles.
- Resistance Bands – Resistance bands are my favorite because you can take them anywhere and everyone uses them. I always take mine with me to the gym because the bands are always taken. I prefer the cloth bands, but where are so many options.
- Towels – You can never have too many towels either. The small microfiber or quick drying towels are great for wiping sweat away.
