Becoming A Zyia Rep

Spread the love
Becoming a Zyia rep

I joined Zyia Active rep for about a year now, and I have loved all the clothes that I have gotten. When I first became a rep I only had ONE pair of leggings. For me I joined Zyia because of the community. Baseball life (and moving) can be lonely. I did a lot of research before joining Zyia, because I wanted this to last. The girl I signed up under had an amazing community of ladies. It was about cheering for each other. Falling in love with the clothes is an added benefit.

Everyone is our community has a different why they joined, and it has changed over the months and years. For me it was the community and it has also morphed into options for sports wives. In sports, you could be with a different each month, each year, etc. Buying clothes to support that specific team can get expense. Trust ME, it has happened to us. Now I just wear clothes of our team or the affiliate. Currently we are a Cardinals affiliate so I wear a lot of red, white, gray and black.

TOP QUESTIONS ABOUT BECOMING A ZYIA ACTIVE REP

I asked other reps in my community the most frequently asked questions. These are the 10 most popular questions. I do not have anyone on my team right now, mostly because I haven’t been working my business as much. You can read all about that here.

WHAT IS THE START UP COST?

To get started every rep needs to purchase a starter kit. These kits contains 5 of Zyia’s most popular items. Usually the kids include: leggings, tank, bra, hat, joggers and water bottle. When I signed up, I got everything above plus a bonus matching leggings and bra set. Plus you get $100 gift card to buy additional Zyia clothes. The starter kit includes 2 months of free. The starter kits are constantly changing based on product availability.

In Canada the start up cost is $384 with a $130 gift card.

In Australia

I waited a long time to sign up for a variety of different reasons. I wish I would have signed up about a year earlier because there was a time the start up kit was lower and got a bigger gift card. (or something like that.) I always waited a while because I wanted to have a full outfit instead of things that didn’t go together. When I think about it now it’s kinda crazy.

ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS?

This was a big question for me when I was signing up. I have seen so many of my friends get stuck with so much inventory. They barely get their money back. I didn’t want that to happen. Plus I am working on being more minimalistic capsule wardrobe.

The stay active you need to sell/purchase $300 every 6 months. To make commission you need sell $200 each calendar month. Also you will never lose your rank status if you don’t hit your numbers.

HOW DO I GET PAID COMMISSION?

Commission is paid by direct deposit around the 10th of each month from the previous month. The amount of commission is based on how you work your business. Again, it comes back to your why with this business. If you wait to make this your full time income, you can but you have to work at it.

I have been very indifferent on how I ran my business. I wasn’t as committed to it as I wanted or I thought I should be. For me this is “extra” money so I didn’t work as hard because I didn’t need the money. I recently did a training and learned to say I want to make “more” money.

HOW DO I EARN COMMISSION?

I want to be COMPLETELY transparent. I still don’t get exactly how the commission structure works. This information is from other rep and Zyia website. If you want to know more about this let me know and I will schedule a call with my upline and myself. (This is one of the best things about this community is we are help each other out. It’s about uplifting and working together.)

Commission are two-fold. You can earn 20-33% depending on your sales and your Zyia rank. If you choose to build a team, you could earn 1-10% commission on their sales.

DO I HAVE TO CARRY INVENTORY?

NO! (unless you want to) This was a HUGE thing for me. I didn’t want to buy a bunch of inventory and ship to clients. Zyia Active does everything for us. Someone can buy on the website, Zyia packages and ship directly to them. As a rep all you have to do is service your clients. The website is there to make things easy and convenient for us reps.

If you choose to get inventory that is your decision. I know many reps who go to fall festivals, spring events and farmers market with clothes to sell. This is actually how I got my first leggings. I purchased at a farmers market because I wanted new leggings for kickboxing certification the following weekend.

DO I HAVE TO HOST PARTIES?

This is your business and you can run it how you want. There are so many ways to let people know about Zyia. This go back to the previous questions that you can do in person/online showings or hosting. Currently I run my business by affiliate links, capsule wardrobe building, fundraising,

CAN I STILL MAKE MONEY IF I DON’T BUILD A TEAM?

Yes! There are many people that make money but don’t have a team. For me building a team is not my biggest focus right now. If you decide that you want to be on my team, I will give you the best training. Plus our team has some of the best training and education. We have so many reps on our team that have hit big goals and give you the exact blueprint on how to replicate.

I know that I have said this so many times, but you get to choose how you run your business. We are all here to support your goals and help you reach them.

WHAT ARE THE PERKS TO BEING A ZYIA REP?

The perk that I think is the best is our discount. As a rep we get 25% off clothes and accessories. The only thing we don’t get our discount on is Make Room Mondays. MRM the discount is 50-75% off. Not only do you get to choose how you run your business, but you can do it from anywhere. I run my business an hour a day. On Wednesday I commit 2 hours to Zyia. Every Wednesday corporate office releases new clothes and accessories.

Corporate wants to see us success. I have seen so many bonus provided for us. The trips that they do every year has been amazing. Our leader does trips for our team. Last year was in Chicago, I was having the biggest FOMO ever.

OVERALL

I have loved my experience with Zyia so far. It started out for me but has become so much more. You don’t need to have all the answers because we will answer all the questions. The biggest thing about these business is MINDSET. You have to believe in yourself and put yourself out there. I KNOW that sounds so easy. I have to remind myself every day just put it out there. Get it out of your brain! Seriously, I tell myself this is going to suck at first BUT you will get better.

If you have any other questions that aren’t listed message me. I am here for you. Our community is here for you.

Time: 5:30p-9:30p

We got there around 6:30pm, and didn’t leave until 9:15pm. The website says the walk will take about an hour, but you can go at your own pace. There are so many lanterns in each animal exhibit.

We started going through the Asian Trail, there was year of animals. The Africa section was my favorite, but I am not going to tell you why. But it was a nice surprise, and I was way too excited.

There were hands on activities throughout the zoo, but by the time we got to some of the areas it was closed.
-make your lantern
-paint rocks to be placed around the zoo
-tattoos
-music each night

What are your “musts” when traveling? Let me k What are your “musts” when traveling? Let me know in the comments!

These are the things I always have when I travel: (arrow down)

1. Spare credit card/bank card - I typically bring this, but before my last trip my regular bank card got hacked. Now I make sure to always have 2 cards with me.
2. Portable charge/power banks - I have a charger that I keep in my car all the time. It's a 4 in 1 charger, but I also have portable charge that I keep in my bag. It has come in handy more times that I can count for me and other people.
3. Reusable water bottle - I have my Stanley when I am driving. While I am hiking I use either a water bladder or a hydroflask.
4. Reusable Bags - My favorite is the Mary Kay roll up bag. It has 4 plastic bags that holds everything I need for my morning/evening routine and shower time.
5. Books - I will most always have a physical book along with my kindle app. I love to read. During my hikes I stop throughout for snacks and reading.
6. Wet Wipes - My favorite is HyperGo because they have so many different scents. They are also 12x12 so usually 1 works for the whole body.
