This month’s 4 on Friday is all about apps that I can’t live without.
Mint/Truebill
I tried both of these out for a few months. I like both for different reasons. I like Mint because of how user friendly it was to program. I love Truebill because it showed me subscriptions that I forgot to cancel. One of my goals for this year is to be better with money. I don’t think I am horrible but I know I can improve. This has been a go to app for myself because I love to see how we are spending money and make changes from that information.
2048 Game
I honestly don’t know how to explain this game, but I am addicted to it none the less. So you have blocks that are 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 that random drop. (think like Tetris) The goal is to get the block to the highest number. So you would want 2 64 blocks on top of each to make 128. The more of the like blocks the higher the number. I play this game in spurts, and right now I am at my highest level. I love this game because it’s puzzle and it lets me zone out for a few minutes.
Canva
Disclaimer: To actually create anything I have to do on my iPad or computer. I can not do for my phone. But I love the app on my phone because I create a lot for social media and don’t always have my iPad and computer with me. It is good for basic things but overall I really don’t like the app.
Balance
I love this app because I am trying to meditate more. I am trying to be more content and at peace with things. I love this app because I can customize the time on how long to meditate. Some days I go the max amount and sometimes it 3 minutes. I also love the background sounds available. I mostly use the rain storm, but I have used the campfire from time to time.
This app is great for anyone wanting to learn to meditate. In the beginning it’s so basic just focusing on the breathing. Each time you come back, the app will ask you how you are feeling. It is literally being programmed for you specifically at that moment in time.
What apps do you have on your phone? Let me know!
