90 Day Review

Spread the love

I found this 90 day review sheet in my Powersheets binder and I thought it would be fun to do. I see them everywhere but I never actually do them. Mostly because I go from one goal to the next without really thinking about celebrating. I am trying to be more in the moment and enjoy where my feet are.

Favorite Memory

I thought it would be easier to do the 90 day review looking over the past 90 days, but it’s actually harder than I thought. I think the best memory I have is putting forth more of an effort with past friends. It’s good to know that no matter how much time has passed some things and friendships never change.

Favorite Habit

Working out has been something that I have done more consistently. In this 90 day review, I have stuck to a workout plan more than I have in the past year. The fact that I have my own gym in the basement has helped with that. I have either been using past workout programs or deleting them. I have collected so many workouts over the years that I have never used or did and wasn’t impressed.

Most Memorable Adventure

In October I went to Vegas for a week. The trip was so much fun and explore more of Vegas than I have in past visits. While Vegas was a blast, I don’t plan on going back anytime soon. My favorite thing about Vegas was Red Rocks. It was so pretty and breathtaking. Plus, I went early morning so the park was practically empty most of the time there.

Best Thing I Read Or Listen To

Over the next year I want to be more grateful and content with myself and my life. I grabbed a gratitude book probably a year ago, and I started and stopped so many times. I have been consistent each week and really trying to embrace it even when I don’t think it applies to me. One week the gratitude prompt was laundry. Having gratitude that we could have clean clothes, a way to clean our clothes and able to do chores. Personally I love doing laundry so I switched to a chore I don’t like doing – which is dishes. Even though we have a dishwasher I still hate doing them. Over the past few weeks, I have done dishes more and being grateful that I can do dishes.

Person I’m Most Grateful For

She is a person that I worked with at my old department. We met up for dinner a few weeks ago. It was so great to talk with her because we talked about everything. She is someone that I know I can talk to and everything stays with her. Plus, she is able to give me advice from a different perspective. I am so lucky to have her in my life.

Song On Repeat

There are 2 songs that have been on repeat with me: It’s Good by Bebe Rexha. (Side Note: Her halftime show at the Lions game was AMAZING. I don’t love how the set up is now because you can’t really see anything unless you go to the side stage. I totally wish she was the half time show when last year.)

The other song is 92Legend – Fed Up. I heard it on instagram then put it on Spotify. It has been played practically daily. I have so many songs that I have on repeat. I love music and have so many different playlist depending on my mood.

Milestone Celebrated

This is a tough one because I don’t know if there is a milestone that I have done or done consistently in the past 90 days.

Best Meal or Recipe

My favorite meal is surf and turf. I have it probably once a week. The meal that I could eat everyday would be chicken and rice. I have probably had that more for lunch than anything else. I don’t like to cook so anything I do make is super basic. If I was single, I would probably order take out most nights.

Biggest Change

The biggest change over the past 90 days has been within myself. I have struggled with being a people pleaser and not following my own dream. These past few months I have worked on what is really important to me.

Goal Progress That Surprises Me

I have surprised with how much I have been able to lift. I have been more consistent with my workouts. Lifting heavier weights is something that I struggle with because I prefer workouts using lighter weights for longer time.

Most Beautiful Sight I Saw

My trip to Vegas was so pretty. We did a few hiking trips, and it was so pretty. Red Rocks was amazing. I wish I would have spend more time hiking.

Dates: Friday - Sundays until April 27
Time: 5:30p-9:30p

We got there around 6:30pm, and didn’t leave until 9:15pm. The website says the walk will take about an hour, but you can go at your own pace. There are so many lanterns in each animal exhibit.

We started going through the Asian Trail, there was year of animals. The Africa section was my favorite, but I am not going to tell you why. But it was a nice surprise, and I was way too excited.

There were hands on activities throughout the zoo, but by the time we got to some of the areas it was closed.
-make your lantern
-paint rocks to be placed around the zoo
-tattoos
-music each night

What are your “musts” when traveling? Let me k What are your “musts” when traveling? Let me know in the comments!

These are the things I always have when I travel: (arrow down)

1. Spare credit card/bank card - I typically bring this, but before my last trip my regular bank card got hacked. Now I make sure to always have 2 cards with me.
2. Portable charge/power banks - I have a charger that I keep in my car all the time. It's a 4 in 1 charger, but I also have portable charge that I keep in my bag. It has come in handy more times that I can count for me and other people.
3. Reusable water bottle - I have my Stanley when I am driving. While I am hiking I use either a water bladder or a hydroflask.
4. Reusable Bags - My favorite is the Mary Kay roll up bag. It has 4 plastic bags that holds everything I need for my morning/evening routine and shower time.
5. Books - I will most always have a physical book along with my kindle app. I love to read. During my hikes I stop throughout for snacks and reading.
6. Wet Wipes - My favorite is HyperGo because they have so many different scents. They are also 12x12 so usually 1 works for the whole body.
