Welcome to another week of the 52-week Gratitude Challenge, and this week’s theme is HOBBY. I am a hobby collector, but not all hobbies stay forever. There are several hobbies that I appreciate because it’s what I needed at that time of my life.
Some of my Current Hobbies
- Traveling
- Car Camping
- Photography
- Writing
- Reading
- Crocheting
- Spa Nights/ Self Care
But if I had to pick ONLY ONE HOBBY it would be writing. Writing is something that has come and gone several times in my life, but it’s something that I always come back to. I have gotten in my own way with writing, but it’s something that I am very committed to now.
Over the past few years, I have been doing a lot of work on healing and growing. I can journal my feelings and process things on my own along with my therapist. Writing is a way for me to get my feelings out and express how I feel. I am able to express myself better through writing over verbal.
Not only do I write here, but I am working on doing more freelance work. It’s still a work in progress, but here is my writing portfolio, Jessa Writes. Writing is a BIG priority for me this year, and I’m not going to let anyone or anything get in my way any longer.
The Challenge
Each week has a different theme about something to be grateful for or bring gratitude towards. This is NOT my idea. I got my idea and several themes from Local Adventurer. The goal has always been to write these weekly, but sometimes it hasn’t always worked out that way. But I still have 40 more weeks, so there’s still time.
Here are my prompts for the 2025 Gratitude Challenge. Let me know if you are following along with me.
